Concept: The project aims to create an automatic bell system for a college that uses an Arduino board to control a buzzer that sounds at specific times. The system includes a 16x2 LCD display and three push switches for setting the bell timings and controlling the system.
Working Method:
1. The buzzer, 16x2 LCD display, and three push switches are connected to the Arduino board.
2. The system includes three push switches to set the bell timings, which are displayed on the LCD display.
3. The Arduino board is programmed to read the settings from the push switches and use them to control the buzzer.
4. The system includes a real-time clock module that allows the Arduino board to keep track of the current time.
5. The Arduino board checks the current time against the bell timings set by the user.
6. If the current time matches a set bell time, the Arduino board activates the buzzer for a set period.
7. The system can be controlled using the three push switches. The user can turn the system on and off, set the bell timings, and manually activate the buzzer.
8. The system can also include a backup battery or power supply to ensure that the bell system continues to operate even if there is a power outage.
